Today’s Royal Mail
Aren’t these gorgeous?! Released today in the UK, these bee stamps are the result of a collaboration between the British Beekeepers Association and the Royal Mail. A study had shown that the average British citizen could not name a single species of bee, and this is one way to address that. I’m sure it’s the same here in the US; would be nice to see bee stamps here too, wouldn’t it?

I love the bee stamps.
I knew you would! <3 :)
Cool!
I didn’t mention in the post that these are all UK native bees. I wonder which, if any, are here too?
what vibrant artwork! I follow an English blogger who bases most of her art around bees. Clay and Limestone often writes about pollinators and native bees.
Gail at Clay and Limestone does a beautiful job promoting pollinators. I always learn something from her. Thanks for stopping by, Diana!
